Your store-fronts and parking-lots will never look so good! We might be the little guy but we are prepared to take on the big jobs, but with personalized, friendly service. And if your project is too large for our standard arsenal of tools, we are prepared to step-up and increase our army to meet any requirement. Pressure Washing
Walking through any of our wonderful Northwest forests, you'll certainly notice one thing when gazing up at the trees, moss. And lots of it! Sadly this grassy-green-stuff doesn't just stay in the forest like we've wished. It has made its way all the way to the rooftops, gutters and sidewalks of Seattlites everywhere. Thankfully Big and Little services has got you covered. We come armed with hot and cold temperature pressure washers and an armada of other tools to take care of this all to common issue. While we are there we're more than willing to take those oil stains off the driveway using our chemical free methods.*
Window Cleaning
Difficult to see through those windows way up in your 3 story house? Don't worry, we will have them streak-free in no time! We come prepared to every job-site, with extention ladders and a whole lot of courage. Using commercial grade squeegees and non-toxic cleaning solutions, you should have no problem watching the sunset from your living-room when we get done with them.
